We struggled and a bit upset during the planning and building process because some of our plans like exterior colours were not followed because the developer interfered. But the quality of work and the prompt action to after sales services is excellent. Our house is worth for the price.
We bought a townhouse recently, and we love it. It comes with nice features like a vinyl floor (also second floor and all bedrooms), triple-pane windows, and quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Good value for money.
