We have recently finished building our new home with Hearth. With all the horror stories and complaints I hear about home builders, we were definitely expecting something we wanna complain to our friends about. But we had no stories to share because everything went super smoothly!From the start, Linda (sales) was transparent with us about prices and realistic with the expectations she was setting with us. We never felt like we were being pushed to buy anything or commit. We got line by line itemized pricing for our house before we even had to pay a penny for deposit. Having tried to get estimates from other builders (no one gave us an exact number or they wanted 7k in deposit before estimate), this was a pleasant surprise. Well... Maybe she's just really good at sales? And we'll get hit with a bigger mortgage later?Nope!! The project came under budget, and we got ALL the upgrades we wanted! Quartz countertops everywhere, custom cabinets (with upgraded drawers) and custom entertainment wall. We didn't have to cheap out on finishings, we went all out on exactly what we wanted for upgrades and still stayed within budget.The communication during the build was exceptional. Any questions we had was answered within 1-2 business days, often much sooner. We were also able to consult with our project coordinator if we are unsure about our choices.Finally... Every house build gets delayed right? Yup, ours too...but only by 2 weeks! Ground broke end of January and we are living in the house now in early July.Quality so far is great! If course time will tell the quality of the house. But we are confident that will meet and exceed our expectations as well!Thank you Hearth team!!!
The Hearth team is a great overall builder.I have worked with hearth for a while now and not only is there office and field team great, but the trades they hire are great as well.As our scope of work is everything from after rough in to prime and paint ready (drywall stage) then back again for final check out, I see the over all process of the houses and hearth always puts time and effort in to making sure everything is exceeding expectations.Great and honest home builder in every aspect.
