I was referred to Sunil & Bluestone Homes by a friend regarding a broken door jamb on my garage. Sunil was quick to respond and have a team come out to assess the situation. He went through what caused the issue, the proposed solution and steps to remedy the issue along with a very reasonable quote.The team from Bluestone finished the job in a few hours and were very professional and friendly throughout.Once finished, they cleaned up everything and came out to make sure everything was completed properly.I’m so glad I was referred to Sunil and his team! We interviewed many, many builders and finally chose Bluestone Homes...and we're so happy we did!The best thing about Sunil has to be his communication skills. No matter where he was, or what he was doing, he always answered our calls and gave us detailed, easy to understand explanations to our questions or concerns. This says a lot, because throughout our build, he got married, went on his honeymoon and had his first child, but through all these major life events, he was always accessible.We started off by throwing him a curveball: we were going to live on-site in a garage apartment throughout the entire project; demo to move-in. Sunil, Kevin and their contractors were all very respectful and accommodating.Sunil is also very honest and spends your money like it is his own money. Through every upgrade option he weighed all the pros and cons with us and truly expressed which ones he would do and which ones he would pass on. His team is also very organized and everything was put on paper with clear amounts so there were never any surprises.He was flexible with allowing us to choose and purchase some materials on our own rather than forxing us to use his preferred suppliers.Most importantly, Bluestone Homes was on budget AND on time, which is almost unheard of in new construction.Every neighbor tells us how gorgeous our new home is and often we catch vehicles slow down as they drive by to admire it. We've been living here for almost 9 months now and have enjoyed every day.We would not hesitate to recommend Bluestone Homes and are proud to say that Sunil and Kevin are not only our builders, but also our friends!
