They think of everything and time lines are presented from the start and everything is laid out for your convenience.The Team from Andre and Mike at concept to the rest of the Team including Pat and Matt to Terri and Bob and all the office staff everyone was so helpful.Our home has a lot of custom features and never once did we hear no we can't do that. The quality of construction and attention to detail is something we still talk about today.If you are considering building your own home we would highly recommend Lakeland Homes. My family is currently in our fourth Lakeland home. We have moved into their model homes as well as custom built our dream home with Lakeland. The quality and craftsmanship is impeccable. Honestly, from picking out prints to making suggestions with the floorplans and making sure we were comfortable and satisfied through the entire process is what sets Lakeland apart from other builders. I received one of the best birthday presents ever last November. We spent the afternoon having our official “walk-thru” of our new Lakeland Home and then closed the following day! When we were given our closing date, I never would have believed that our home would be ready that fast but incredibly it was!! We visited the site often and were amazed at the progress each time and how Lakeland organized the trades to be lined up ready to go as soon as needed. Dealing with Lakeland was/is a pleasure, starting with Andre and Mike; they make you feel like your home is their priority and they are both so personable and easy to deal with. Dan and Denise were so helpful in all of our selection process and very patient with changes and questions. Can’t say enough about Matt, the site supervisor, with all he has to deal with and juggle, that guy always has a smile on his face and can’t do enough for you to ensure a smooth building process. Lakeland builds absolutely beautiful homes and they worked with us through all of our custom changes to make a home that we are both totally in love with.

They make the home building process stress free with them, being so hands-on, Andre & Mike are both very personable people, they always want to do whats right and best for you! Recently I moved into my new home built by Lakeland. I couldn’t be more happy. From the initial signing of the deal, to the day I moved in, it was a great experience. Andre and Mike worked hard at making sure I was satisfied. They were extremely patient and kind with me. The entire Lakeland team are totally organized down to every detail of the build and were a great pleasure to work with. Matt, the construction manager was always available to discuss my questions and concerns and stayed in contact, keeping me.informed throughout each stage of the construction.
