Throughout the building experience I was impressed with how seamless the process was and their willingness to take on challenges to help make my ideas a reality. We decided to build a new home and Randy came highly recommended from several local tradesmen and people who had previously built with Gray. After contacting several of the custom builders locally Randy was quick to respond and was fully engaged from the beginning. He presented us a costing sheet that we actually stayed within budget and this was during COVID!! One thing I often found was the comments from businesses we attended about how “great Randy was to deal with”. We also found out our allowances were for top quality finishes, we were able to purchase quality flooring , lighting etc and still came in under budget. During our build Randy was always available to answer any issues day or night . I cannot recommend his team enough. Like I tell many who ask about our experience, I tell them we are now friends, I think that speaks volumes.
From start to finish Randy and his team were extremely professional and transparent. Custom home building can be a very stressful process and Randy and his team guided us through the process with ease. Gray Development Group is a highly skilled team and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone, and if we chose to build again I'd only choose Gray.
From the very beginning planning stages, through to move in and touch ups Randy and his team were always very professional, helpful, and hard working. Anything we needed throughout the build process was facilitated by Randy or his Project Manager. We couldn't be happier with our home or the quality of work his team put together.We chose Gray to build our forever home based on our first meeting with Randy where he was very friendly and transparent about how the whole process would work. He set us up with two seperate architects after the first one didn't really gel with our ideas, worked around any issues that came up through the build and guided us through selections of finishes.Randy, Dana, Kyle, Paul, Bob and Zach have been a pleasure to deal with for the last year and half (or so) and we are very glad we made the choice we did.
