I can’t say enough about the experience my wife and I had from start to finish with Bay To Beach Builders. Brian was our sales specialist, Sarah was our Design Studio Consultant and James was our builder/Production Manager. They were so pleasant to work with and knew their jobs very well. From start to finish everything went as smoothly as one could expect. Everything was timed perfectly right down to the last couple of days. James really pulled it out for us at the end because our house in Pa. sold faster than we expected. James and his crew worked long hours and some weekends to make this happen. We are both very pleased with the outcome. My wife and I purchased the lot 5 years ago with a five year plan to move to Delaware, and Bay To Beach was the only builder we spoke to. My wife designed the house and layout and it could not be more perfect !!!

As a widow making a scary decision to build my first NEW home after my husband passed was truly stepping out of my comfort zone! An angel happened to be on my side and I call it “Bay To Beach Builders”. Absolutely everything they told me was 100% accurate! I was assigned a site supervisor who called me every Friday with an update! There was never any unwanted surprises! My settlement happened within a week of the original goal even though the electric company delayed me 2 weeks! Did I mention this was during the pandemic? I consider myself truly grateful to Bay to Beach for walking side by side with me building a very efficient and beautiful home!
