Best home builder in Wichita, KS! Tremendous design team created a custom home that perfectly matched our vision. The Nies team is with you every step of the way...which was especially critical due to out-of-state relocation to KS!! Project manager was in the loop on every detail and communicated well throughout the entire build. This is the 3rd home I have built...and this was by far the best experience I've had. Completed on schedule...never cut corners. Change order process was easy and well documented. I've lived in our home for over 18 months, and still couldn't be happier every time I walk through the door!! Highly recommend Nies Homes...will definitely use them on any future builds in the Wichita area.
