We moved into an EDC new build this past April. As with any new build, problems arise once everything in the house is used constantly. Initially we had a few minor problems such as pocket doors and closet doors not being aligned properly. Most recently, we ended up with a major leak that caused water damage to the wall, molding and carpet in our primary bedroom. I have been pleased with EDC’s warranty policy to cover these issues as well as their response to getting things fixed. I have been extremely impressed by Ali Stanton, the warranty administrator at EDC, who has gone above and beyond in order to help us get our issues resolved in a timely fashion. She is extremely responsive, communicative, and has reached out to vendors to ensure things moved smoothly.
When we met Shawn, the owner of EDC Homes we were just coming to the realization that our home was destroyed by fire and heavy smoke damage. Shawn assured us if we hired him we could trust him to do a great job. And he was so right. You kept us informed through out the entire rebuild. You answered any questions and made all the necessary changes as the job progressed. Your personal touch and caring for our home was more than we could have asked for. We trusted you even when we couldn’t be there for every step. And you did not disappoint. Our home is beautiful. Thank you for everything
Just WOW. The experience that I had with EDC Design Build was absolutely astounding. From Day 1 to completion Shawn and the team were open to all the ideas (and changes) that my wife and I had from the design stage to the working around existing landscape.Our project was being completed at the same time as other project in our backyard which can always be a little tricky, but the site was always clean and livable during the process which is a huge plus during the summer and fall months.The team was always responsive and completed the work within our deadline. The final product turned out beautiful and more than we could have dreamed of and added so much more living space to our backyard!This is something that my family will be able to enjoy for many years to come and would highly recommend EDC Design Build for any projects that you may be thinking of in the near future!

EDC Homes built our home in 2017 and our dream really did become a reality! The beautiful craftmanship and finishes are gorgeous! The building process was seamless and made our experience so positive. We couldn't be happier with our new home and thank EDC for making it happen!
