Just toured some spec homes in La Center. Impressive styles and finishes. Director of sales Jennifer Hensley could not be more approachable knowledgeable and helpful. We came in with a million random questions and she rolled with us. The homes NW Urban build are on par or exceed more pricey builders.
Building our home with Urban NW Homes was a wonderful journey and experience. Jennifer, Parker, Gabe, and Travis were so professional and accommodating. Nothing was to big or small to them. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to build or buy a home. Also their subcontractors were equally impressive. I can't say enough about how great an experience the entire process was.Thank you Urban NW for making our dreams a reality.Parker wrapped up the build with us. He was able to answer all my questions and give me a comprehensive run down of how everything works in the home. Him along with the rest of the staff are always available and never come across as being bothered. The whole experience with Urban NW was amazing! Parker has a great attention to detail which was really helpful during the multiple walk through’s. He explains everything you need to know about the house and appliances, HVAC, sprinklers etc and really takes the time to make sure you know how everything operates. He continues to check in with us and make sure everything is going okay with the house which we really appreciate. Overall Urban NW and their team made our experience buying our first home easy and stress free.
