We were part of the home building process from just after permits were pulled so were able to observe the entire house being built and were involved with choosing the various design elements. The process was smooth and clear as we worked directly with the designated cabinet and flooring design centers. The house was built in just under five months so ahead of the five month estimate provided originally. We even had a few last minute design changes we wanted to make and the builder was able to make that happen which we really appreciated. We have been in the house now for a couple of months and all is well. I would highly recommend Sun Country Homes.

One of the best home buying experiences I have ever had. The home was big, beautiful, spacious, and the floor plan was perfect. The large windows were amazing. Kitchen was awesome. All the bedrooms were great. Dexter and his team did a great job on everything. Best HVAC system I've ever had. Insulation must have been great too. Great quality. The outside looked great too. Yard was great. Sprinkler system was great. Privacy fence looked amazing. I've built 3 homes myself and this one was just as if I had built it myself. High quality construction. Beautiful area to live. Any time I needed anything, Dexter would get it taken care of quickly. He went above and beyond for anything I asked. He even helped me when he didn't have to help me. I now consider Dexter a good friend. He stays calm and cool at all times. He is respectful at all times. Great guy. I couldn't recommend a home builder more than Sun Country Homes.
