A large window in our dining room developed a crack that worsened due to the freezing temperatures, and when I reached out to Billy Alley for guidance, he immediately took ownership of the situation. Billy was efficient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind, seamlessly coordinating with vendors to have the window replaced within days.

What truly set this experience apart was the level of care and attention provided throughout the process. I even received a personal phone call from Patrick Klein to ensure everything was progressing smoothly, which speaks volumes about PLH’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

The replacement window arrived in less than a week, and the installation was completed in just 30 minutes. From start to finish, the process was flawless. The Customer Service team at PLH is truly second to none, and I could not be more impressed or grateful.

PLH has been great to work with. We are working with both Tori and Karen for the design and purchase of our house. Both have been been extremely responsive, professional and helpful through every step of our first time design and build process. Karen was extremely patient with us when selecting our design and allowed us to go back and forth with our design. She even suggested some options when she didn’t think things would look good or fit in our house, that to say they do not force extra items on you if you don’t want them. It was a pressure free experience, where we felt comfortable saying yes and no to the things we wanted. One minor thing was that we had to reiterate certain items we wanted to make sure what we signed off on was correct. That being said, there are a lot of moving pieces so just make sure to double check that you and the designer/builder are on the same page for what you want. So far PLH has been wonderful to work with.

Wonderful eye catching homes for fantastic prices. They are willing to work with the buyer on modification that they might want.

The homes have great Curb appeal they are stunning on the inside and out. They do a nice job with the basic package for the house that you would be quite happy with out any of the upgrades. The basic package has some very nice touches that are Considered upgrades to most companies.

Gina is a great Realtor who if vary helpfully when it comes to helping you find out how to get what you need done for the house. She Listens to what you have to say and makes very helpful suggestions. If you have a question that she doesn't know the answer to she will get back to you in a bay or 2 with the answer.

I used PLH (via Garrette Custom Homes) to build on my own land. They delivered an AMAZING home that was ON SCHEDULE!! In fact, the schedule was quicker than I had anticipated. Their processes are tight, the employees are all very professional and friendly and work very hard. The home is high quality - they do not cut corners. Oh and if you're in the Portland OR area, don't be afraid to use PLH - they manage their areas of Oregon very efficiently. My new home is even better than I imagined - they left the site super clean outside and the home was perfect inside. There are always little issues with the new homes when you move in, but with PLH there were very few issues (less than I've heard of with other builders) and the issues that they did have, they handled in a timely manner and with courtesy. I highly recommend them for building on your own land, or for their homes in neighborhoods. I went through at least 10 homes in multiple neighborhoods (not just models) and found the quality in my own home to be exactly the same. THANK YOU to PLH for a beautiful home!
