Easy 5 star rating. I have been so excited to write a review about this team. We have worked with Evergreen homes on two projects over the last 5 years. We completed the build of out forever home in two phases. Not only was Evergreen willing to work with our budget and phased timeline they provided the same level of care and service throughout the entire process.After completing Phase 1 there was no question about utilizing Evergreen to finish the build. Our only demand was that we retain Sterling (Construction Manager) for the second project. Sterling has an unmatched level of knowledge and professionalism. He was fun to work with but was also able to lead us through difficult decisions. He helped us come to conclusions that suited the build, our esthetic and our budget. Sterling’s truck was always a welcomed sight at the build. His commitment and dedication to the build was outstanding with his standard often exceeded our own. Our experience would not have been the same without him.Evergreen is truly a family run business, and you feel it throughout your interactions with the team. We had constructive and pleasant interactions with many of the team members. Tama (Design and Sales) was a major player with both stages of our build. She enabled us put our vision onto paper and worked with us over many iterations. She was able to help us retain our ideas and give us the realistic framework to create a functional building. When tough budget decisions had to be made her firm and feeling guidance made the impossible, possible. As I now use my home, I reflect on the thoughtful attention that was given to making this space function.With the ups come the downs, but any unforeseen challenges were met immediately with fair and flexible resolution. We experienced a gut-wrenching financial debacle that nearly stopped the entire project in its tracks. When we felt there was no hope, Evergreen was still looking for ways to help. During the build, as issues arose, we felt that Sterling was on our side. As for the finished product, I feel we left no stone unturned. The level of open communication throughout the build ensured a smooth transition that left us with nothing but excitement for our occupancy.We have no plans of leaving this new home in our lifetime but if the need ever arose, I would choose Evergreen. We will recommend them to family and friends without hesitation. They built us the home that will house generations of family memories. We are forever grateful.-McGuffin

Evergreen Homes built our house to our specifications 2019/2020. Head honcho Chris, designer Tama and foreman Nic did a great job in interpreting our wants into a beautiful and functional home. One of our primary goals was to create a space for our 12 member family to meet and enjoy time together. We have been in our home for four years and love it! The house is very well built with only a few minor issues to fix along the way. The home truly feels like an oasis.
When looking to combine 2 households, we had a long wishlist of things that were important to us. Looking at existing inventory and even new construction, we couldn’t find anything that checked enough of our boxes. With Evergreen Homes, we checked every single box because we were able to design/customize every aspect of our home. We didn’t have to settle or do without any of our wishlist items. They built us our dream home that is not only beautiful, but high quality and very efficient. 10/10 would recommend.
The most personal experience you could possibly have when building a home. The entire team at Evergreen is so available and ready to help build your dream home. They are creative, supportive, and helped us not only imagine our dream home but accomplish it as well! We absolutely love our home. I knew nothing about building a house and I loved how our foreman, Sterling, had no problem helping me learn and understand everything. That meant so much!
