Building a modern-day contemporary dream home is one of the most complex & expensive projects especially in the environment that we live today. We had no prior experience with a full custom home, but Cascade west development stepped in earnestly and fulfilled our needs. The whole process was neatly laid out and orchestrated. Their 30+ years of experience in building quality custom homes in Southwest Washington area came in handy.

They have a large number of reliable contractors and suppliers at their disposal for the various phases during construction. From the start (initial consult, lot selection, planning, architecting, county plan approval/permits) to groundbreaking, which took close to 4 months and then the actual construction which lasted for 10 months, the entire building machinery was well streamlined and executed.

We worked with Jason [sales] who helped in distilling our requirements into a viable plan with Wise Qwl LLC architects. When construction started, we were assigned a project supervisor (Serge) to discuss the base plan requirements and any alterations that were potentially required. Serge managed the project, and his meticulous care and dedication deserves special mention. We also had the pleasure of working with Ken for a month during the drywall and carpentry phases.
Kristin from warranty department coordinated the final aspects of the construction and keys handover while Darla provided interior design color selection and Janet/Dani for the backend logistics and billing.

It does take considerable time, money and energy on the client's side to keep up with the demands of the construction phases and to provide feedback during the walkthrough.

All in all, we are happy with the house and hope it will serve well for a long time.

I recently had a home built by Cascade West in the Colins Crest Development and couldn’t be more pleased with it. The entire team was professional and responsive. Building a custom home was a bit intimidating at first but Cascade West has a well refined process, including coordination with the suppliers and vendors and a great project management team. A special shout out to Ken Viola who kept the project on schedule, provided guidance when needed, and allowed me the flexibility to add / change things during the building process. Also, to Kristin Gonzales who is a master juggling the final inspection of the home and coordinating resolution of issues found during that process.
