I am a Realtor in Tucson and am very familiar with other custom builders and the quality of their product and service. Too, we already knew many of the homeowners in the community we were going to build in and had heard countless horror stories about different builders.

Sombra's reputation among other Realtors combined with their experience and their longevity in a market where several other builders have failed were very impressive. Especially noteworthy was the fact that not only have most of Sombra's employees been with the company for 15 to over 20 years, but his contractors have been with him that long as well - there is definitely something to be said about that kind of loyalty!

Even though our Superintendent Tom had been with Sombra for over 20 years and was extremely knowledgeable and always proactive, Sanjay remained personally involved by visiting our home site very week. Sanjay's being dedicated to the project throughout gave us an extra sense of assurance and peace!

It is evident that Sanjay has a strong work ethic and is committed to providing excellent customer service. He sets the bar high with his employees and contractors and holds them accountable. It was these qualities that made us feel as if we were their only client!

Everyone from the architect they recommended to design it to the contractors who built it and the staff that orchestrated behind the scenes, everyone was knowledgeable, efficient and a true pleasure to work! And, our completion date and budget were right on target!

All of our homes were completed in a very timely manner with many standard amenities that were upgrades with other custom builders. Warranty work was very limited Being a businessman in the industry I have worked with many builders.
