A couple of years ago we bought an old property with the intention of tearing it down and building a custom home. Not a luxury home (we are a regular salaried family), just a normal home with some specific layout requirements. We interviewed about 15 custom home builders and nobody made an impression like Amir Taskini did. He understood what we wanted and we got the confidence that he will deliver us a good home within our budget.Throughout the process, what stood out about Amir was how much time he gave us answering our concerns. He was always prompt in responding to our calls. I could call him at Friday 11 pm or Sunday 7 am, he would be always full of energy, responding without any hurry to disconnect or annoyed because of the odd hours. He is honest, hardworking, passionate about what he does and an excellent project manager. The progress of our house construction drew compliments from the neighbors who had seen other custom homes coming up on the street in the last few years. Amir delivered what he promised on time. He worked around our budget and yet built a home with a quality that exceeded our expectations.There are lots of horror stories with custom home constructions gone wrong due to greedy and incompetent builders.
