Their professional and prompt attention to every detail has been unparalleled in our experience with prior builders. NLH is a small company committed to quality. The owners build a relationship with every buyer. We found them to be responsive, flexible and determined. If something wasn’t done right, they jump on it immediately to fix it. Their in-house designer Stacey is a fabulous, creative designer who was an absolute dream to work with. We were able to work closely with NLH throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier.
From the very beginning NLH has been honest, open and responsive to all of our requests of building us an amazing semi-custom home. NLH has implemented all of our custom modifications and delivered those with a smile. We've gone through several builders at different stages of design/construction and were very frustrated. After that, meeting the NLH team was breath of fresh air and just pleasant to work with. Throughout the entire construction process they have been very proactive on letting us know all the issues that came up and also the solutions to those problems. Brandon (co-owner), project manager on our home, made sure that we were completely satisfied with everything regarding our home. This great relationship still continues today, post closing, where issues might come up with our house still under warranty and are addressed immediately by him or his team. If I build another house, I'd definitely choose NLH over any other builder in South Tampa.
