I spoke with several builders, but knew immediately after meeting Brooke and Josh that Devonshire was the right builder for my home. Their team was fantastic from the architecture phase to the design and build phase and right through to the closing. The home came out exactly as I had envisioned it. We built during the chaos of Covid and there were some delays that were beyond their control, but Debbie, their Project Manager and Supervisor was fantastic about communicating. I've now been in the house for a little over a year and I couldn't be more happy with the home and with the quality. Building a home can be stressful, but working with the Devonshire team made it a very easy process. I highly recommend Brooke, Josh, and the entire Devonshire team.
