We had our 60-day home warranty inspection done by Martin, and I could not be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, he had such a positive attitude, always smiling and genuinely eager to help. He went above and beyond with everything he did.There were a few items I had forgotten to add to the homeowner portal, and when I mentioned them, Martin did not hesitate for a second and looked into all of them right away. He was very friendly yet professional, and truly exceeded expectations.Even when I asked questions about things outside of his direct responsibilities, such as the microwave functions, he took the time to look them up and explain everything clearly. When we asked about hanging a heavy mirror on the wall, he immediately offered a hand and got it done, which probably would have sat there for weeks without his help.Martin was incredibly patient, thorough, and fixed almost everything we needed addressed. The few remaining items were slightly more major jobs, and he promptly requested the appropriate trades to come and take care of them. He truly made sure nothing was left unattended.He is definitely an asset to the company he works for, and we are so grateful for his help and attitude throughout the entire visit.
Martin is a very professional and patient engineer. Since my English is not very good and I just came to BC, he explained a lot of knowledge about equipment maintenance to me in detail.

This is my second time purchasing a new home, and I must say the experience with Foxridge Homes has been phenomenal compared to my first experience with another developer. With my previous home, dealing with warranty claims was a nightmare—issues were poorly resolved, and appointments were constantly delayed, causing a lot of stress.However, Foxridge Homes, and especially their warranty team, have completely changed my perception. He didn’t just address the claims I reported; he went above and beyond by identifying and fixing other issues he noticed along the way. I moved into my NEW Foxridge Home at Edgewood Gate in South Surrey in September 2019. There were minimal outstanding issues which was a surprise compared my previous experience with a New Build. All issues were resolved quickly by Foxridge!!! I LOVE the house, workmanship, location and my amazing neighbours who are now like family! I spent the spring and summer making it my own! I know that I made a good investment and my home will appreciate in value and it already has!!! I would totally recommend Foxridge Homes for your new home purchase!!!
