Three things stood out to us during our homebuilding experience with Trademark Homes. 1) Erik’s experience as a professional home builder. He was accessible and responded quickly to questions during the building process offering advice based on his experience.2) Designer, Marin Bortnem, was vital to the process of putting everything together. She has an incredible eye for color, texture, warm and cool tones, bath fixtures, floor coverings and tile. Communicated regularly and clearly keeping the decision making on track.3) Foreman, Tim Furth, was the on-site expert monitoring, managing and participating in the construction process. Tim’s communication and expertise were incredibly valuable and greatly appreciated.

The Trademark Homes team made what can be a very overwhelming and frustrating experience into an exciting time for our family. The whole experience was awesome!
