New issues with my shower grout have been found. The grout in my shower is washing out and chipping.

Update: After contacting the BBB Woodside Customer Service Representative contacted me and set up an appointment. They came and fixed the issues I had.

Build with caution! I would NOT recommend Woodside Home. We had so many issues during the building process, even with multiple inspections most seemed to be addressed prior to closing. After our purchase, we hired a second inspector to check the house again before our one year was up. Multiple items were NOT up to code and they fixed most of them. We went back and forth about the installation of the hardboard, however, they refused to fix it regardless of manufacturer guidelines. Woodside raised the elevation of the home behind us, causing our property to flood and they refused to acknowledge this or make efforts to fix it despite documentation. Almost two years later, my “upgraded” floors are starting to to pull up, paint is peeling off the doors, door knobs and water faucet handles are falling off. The concrete skim coat on the exterior is peeling. Woodside refused to respond to requests to fix anything or even discuss. I highly recommend taking your money somewhere else.

Krista and the entire Woodside team have been wonderful to work with! They were very attentive and very quick to respond to my questions and concerns. I have been living in my house for over a year now and have not had any big issues with the house. Everything is in working order with the exception of some minor repairs. Krista always made herself available to stop by and talk to me regarding my concerns and reassured me that the issues would be resolved in a timely manner.

Building and moving into our new home with Woodside Homes has been a great experience. The consultation at the beginning was a bit rocky—we actually almost gave up on building with them. But we’re so glad and grateful that we didn’t!

Their warranty service has been amazing. It’s been a year since we moved in, and we haven’t had any major issues with the construction. Just a few minor fixes were needed, and Bryan and Christa were quick to take care of them. Pierce was also fantastic—he was with us every step of the way, from breaking ground to the final walkthrough.

We’re really happy we chose Woodside Homes as our builder, and we highly recommend them

In the summer of 2022, my wife Cheri and I bought our beautiful Woodside (Addison Home). It is our current residence and also our retirement home. On the main level is the Master Bedroom, with walk in shower and closet area. Also on main level is, open family room and kitchen area. Laundry room and sewing room, are also on the main level. There is a sliding door, that leads to the patio and grilling area. There is a big back yard, for the grandkids to play and enough room for the dogs kennel too. The garage is a 3 car garage, with one being extended. Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, a full size family tv/game room area. Also upstairs, is a bathroom with double sinks, tub/shower and toilet. We are very happy with our new home. We would like to give many thanks, to (Sheila Noe) for helping us, every step of the way in getting our dream home built. Also many thanks, to (Jan Brown), for assisting and advising us in maintaining our new home.

We bought our home last June through Woodside and had a great experience. The timeline ended up being a little longer than originally anticipated (as is typically the case with a new build) but they were easy to work with (even though we spent 3 of the ~8 months of construction out of the country and another 3 months out of state) and very accommodating. The result is a home we love. They've also been responsive after the sale and have made any necessary repairs (they have a 1 year all-inclusive warranty, in addition to some other warranties.) Would recommend them if you want a great location, value, and home.
