We bought our Symphony home in October and are very happy! The very few things that needed touch ups were handled quickly after the initial walkthrough and Melody from the warranty team has been awesome!! We love our new home and the neighborhood!
We love our custom home built by Symphony! We worked with Cash Knight throughout the entire process. He was very patient and listened to us figure out our dream home. From design to build, the entire Symphony team was vey helpful in understanding what was important to us. To be honest, there were some challenges and errors but Symphony stepped up to make things right and make sure we were happy all along the way.

His assistance didn't stop when I signed the papers to purchase. I was an out of state buyer and between my trips to Utah, Brett kept me updated on the progress and sent me photos as the house was being built! Brett was always my first call with questions. We thoroughly enjoyed the home building process with Symphony Homes from start to finish. Our sales agent Carolee made the whole process easy to navigate, and she had great suggestions along the way that definitely improved the design of our house. Her communication during the whole process was really helpful.Symphony’s design studio is really well laid out - it was super helpful to see so many of the available options, styles, materials, colors, etc. Liz at the design studio is a pro and really helped us throughout the design process to select options that fit the style we were looking for, as well as have us consider some things that made the house much better.Josh the construction superintendent did a great job managing the build process and the subcontractors. He kept ahead of schedule while ensuring quality construction. During our final walkthrough before closing, there were only a few minor items that needed to be addressed, and he had those few items all taken care of before closing.We have a wonderful house in a beautiful location - we are really happy with our decision to build with Symphony
