We recently purchased a brand new home in Midvale, Utah from Brighton Homes, and the entire experience was outstanding—largely thanks to our superintendent, Austin Gourley. Austin is truly legendary in his role, paying incredible attention to every detail and making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. He was extremely responsive, professional, and genuinely awesome to work with from start to finish. We need more workers like Austin in the industry! Highly recommend Brighton Homes to anyone looking for quality and exceptional service.
I'm a realtor who has helped clients purchase 2 homes from Brighton Homes, and I can assure you that they build phenomenal houses - my clients are so happy. I see a lot of new builds and majority of them have sub-par finishes with rushed craftsmanship, but not Brighton's. They're high-quality and they get it done right the first time. Also, their superintendent, Austin, is incredible for working hard to get the home ready within the timeframe pinch we were in while not cutting corners. All in all, an amazing contractor and company and you'll be in great hands with them. (I'm not hired by Brighton haha this is just my honest two cents.)
