She truly knows her job and performs it with great professionalism and care. She is so knowledgeable that you will not find a better manager to take care of the construction of your future house.

Shane Morris, the construction manager, has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s incredibly accommodating to all our needs. One of the best things he says is, “Nothing is impossible”—and he really means it. Shane never said “no” to any of our requests and stayed on top of the contractors, sparing us the usual headaches of dealing with subcontractors ourselves. He is also full of great ideias. Things we never thought he recommended and we are so grateful he did.

Our designer, Megan Melville, went above and beyond to ensure all our needs and wants were met. Her network of contractors is fast, reliable, and second to none. She helped my wife to ensure her vision was accomplished and it turned out really really well for us.

What also surprised us—in the best way—was how involved the owner of Alair was with the daily operations. Jerome, gave us all the support we need and more. He was at the site often, dealing with subcontractors and giving great and fresh ideias. Usually, once you sign the contract you don’t see the owners anymore. Not with Jerome. He was involved with the full process. Even his wife was helping us.

This group, from Alair, is the best. You can’t go wrong with them.

Before the construction, everyone told us how stressful building your house can be, and it sometimes ends in divorce.
The opposite was true for us. It made me feel so good, I want to do all over again.

The very best part of this group, specially Shane and Karen, is how they kept under budget, how they save us money and how transparent they were with the financial part of it. Even suggesting we will have money coming back to us, because all the savings they got us.

They took all the Parede of Homes stress away by being in charge of everything.

We highly recommend Alair to build your dream home. We could not have chosen a better builder, a better partner.
