When my wife and I decided to build our home in Regina, I listed around 10 home builders and shortlisted six. I then talked to all of them to understand the cost, quality, specifications, warranty, etc., and further narrowed it down to two. Munro was selected over the runner-up as they had an edge in the warranty they provided. The process of building the home with Munro was smooth and painless from day one to the day we got possession and even beyond. Every staff member we dealt with was friendly, courteous, and professional, including their subcontractors. They have a process set up that works very well. They use high-quality materials and equipment, and most of all, the workmanship is nothing short of excellent.The best part is, unlike many builders, they do not forget about you after giving you possession. They take pride in their work and are there for you even after you have moved in.So, in a long-winded way, I’m saying: Stop searching for a home builder in Regina. Munro Homes is the best builder in town!

Building with Munro Homes was a great experience ! It was definitely a lot less stressful building with Munro because of the great team of people they have, right from start to finish. The after possession service is also very good. I would build with Munro again !
