Very Disappointing Experience with Crawford Homes (Last 3 Years)
Based on my experience and what I have observed over the last three years, the overall quality and professionalism of Crawford Homes has significantly declined.
There has been a clear lack of commitment, frequent changes to promises made, and poor follow-through on agreed timelines and standards. Commitments communicated verbally often did not match what was ultimately delivered, leading to frustration, delays, and unnecessary stress.
I strongly caution future customers to be extremely careful and fully aware of what they are signing—especially when it comes to materials, colors, layout design, blueprints, and specifications. If you are not highly experienced or detail-oriented, there is a real risk of ending up with outcomes that differ from what you were led to expect.
Building a home should be an exciting and positive journey. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite—costing valuable time, energy, and peace of mind.
My recommendation: If you value quality, transparency, accountability, and a smooth building process, I would strongly advise reconsidering building with Crawford Homes

I purchased a home from Crawford, I won’t say how many years ago, and never had an issue until recently and this is where I got overwhelmed by a builders commitment to making their customers happy. I made a call as to what I could do and was more than delighted to meet a young lady by the name of Kasandra who made me feel like I still mattered as a cherished customer and came that day to inspect it with the promise to come the next day with a proper set up and that’s where I met Jim, these two were so busy that they pretty much had to come at the end of the day to tend to my needs after their own commitments to new customers. It’s acts like this that make a company shine far above the rest and is why I’m making the commitment to have them build for me again in the not so distant future. A big thank you to Crawford homes for their care and attention to my needs when they really didn’t have to. I’m forever grateful for your generosity and kindness.
