If you’re looking to build, I’d recommend True Line. Worked with Cam in sales and he made the front-end process easy. The build itself was handled by an awesome crew. I liked the fact that they let me on-site at any time—shows they have nothing to hide and take pride in the work. They handled my custom changes without a problem and stayed right on budget. It’s a rare thing to find a builder that delivers exactly what they promised for the price they quoted. Professional, flexible, and efficient.
Purchasing a home is always stressful but purchasing one sight unseen is even more so! We had the help of friends who chose this True-Line duplex in Sylvan Lake for us but it was the team at True-Line who helped us complete the moving in process. Kari-Ann was amazing Lots of phone calls and texts allowed us to have exactly what we wanted. Andrea helped with window coverings! Dave put the TV up on the wall which we could not have done!! Lisa came with us to choose light fixtures which we added to our home. True-Line made our purchase so much easier and to stay the least we love our home and are enjoying everyday we spend here.

We have been living in a custom-built,Tru-Line home for a little more than three years and have been absolutely appalled with the lack of quality we have experienced. Similar to other reviews, we have also experienced issues regarding the finishing, electrical and plumbing, and overall quality of products used.Our cabinets look like something you would see in a low quality rental, and we are forced to tighten our handles every 3 months. I'm sure they looked great for the first few months, but have deteriorated since that time.The hardware used throughout the home is the cheapest, most poor quality we've seen in any home.Drywall issues, structural issues, lighting, cabinets and overall lack of finishing is shocking.For a home with a price point of more than $850,000 with an unfinished basement, this is hard to fathom.
