Had our home built in 2021/2022! It was horrible. We sucked it up and went with it knowing that a lot of homes were being built and materials were on back order. With that being said I would never recommend this company! We have had so many issues. We have 2 windows that are fogging up… the house is only 4 years old this shouldn’t be happening! Called the warranty department and someone should be calling and coming out, still no call haven’t seen anyone either. And the biggest issue is the floor sagging and gaps in the baseboards. We are pretty sure we have foundation issues and mentioned this to the warranty department as well. But that’s okay we will have an inspector come out since no one can call or come by. And if we do have foundation issues this will get taken a step further than a bad review. No one should pay this much for a house and have these issues and not have someone come fix them when it’s all under warranty!
