It was an absolute pleasure building with Daniel Baiceanu and the Build Rite team. This was our first build, and from day one Daniel made the entire process easy to understand and stress-free. Any time we had a question, he was always available and happy to walk us through things, making sure everything stayed on track and done the right way. From dig date to move-in, the whole process took about eight months and we ended up with a home we truly love. What really stood out was how enjoyable the experience was—something you don’t hear often when it comes to building a house. Daniel, along with great builders like Santos, sets the bar high for quality and communication. If we ever build again, Build Rite will be our first call.

We moved to Raleigh approximately seven years ago and we purchased a new home from Raleigh Custom Homes (RCH). Frankly, it one of the best home purchases that we have ever made. That says a lot since we have purchased eight different homes over the course of our adult life.

Start with RCH builds a high quality home! The flooring, cabinetry, millwork, appliances, fixtures, and overall finishes are incredible. Equally impressive is the “post sale” service. RCH has assembled a team of professionals and suppliers that understands how to satisfy their customers. And we are talking about “after” punch lists have been addressed and warranties have “expired.” Simply put, when “issues” surface, as they do with any home, RCH stands behind their product!

There are lots of builders in and around Raleigh. If you are looking for high quality construction, backed by high quality service, Raleigh Custom Homes is your builder!

Absolutely loved the Raleigh Custom Homes in the Parade of Homes. Each design was gorgeous, and you could tell every detail was really well thought out. Every house felt both high-end and comfortable, like a place you'd actually want to live. Super impressed with the quality and style throughout!

Home is well constructed on the inside, but pervasive issues with deck construction and shoddy landscaping/grading have plagued our community. Four houses, all Raleigh custom homes, on our street have had deck failure in 9 years or less from initial construction. And this isn’t decking/board, but rotten posts impacting structural integrity and requiring extensive re-builds. Reached out to the builder and even had Kyle come out, but unfortunately it’s fallen on all us to repair. High end contracting doesn’t ensure quality work from all crews brought on

Raleigh Custom Homes are beautiful. However, I do find that the photos for their listings don’t always translate to that. I have toured their homes and I’d LOVE to see them do a better job with their pictures and use someone different or use professional photos because to me, it does make a difference. I think it’s the lighting in the pics… it Raleigh Custom Homes are beautiful. I find that their photos un their listings don’t always translate to that though. I would LOVE to see them do a better job with their pictures in their listings because it does make a difference. It looks darker/less appealing. It’s the first impressions and photos that you see that make people want to view a home.
