I would not recommend New Home to anyone. "Overpromising and Underdelivering" should be there motto. During the sales process the realtor will tell you everything you want to hear and more. They will tell you the home's are energy efficient, which is not true. Just know only about 50% of what they say is true. We have been in our home for 2+ years and I wish I could say the issues have all been resolved. We have had doors put in the wrong place, a pipe burst on our 2nd floor within the 1st week of us living in the home, we moved in and had no electricity in half our house, missing shades on our windows which took 15 months to get put on, the wrong color grout used where they fixed broken tiles, and the list goes on and on. During our time working with New Home we worked with 4+ Project Managers. Their lack of cohesity between them and lack of urgency is astonishing. I believe the incompetency starts with "founder" Matt Riley. Within in the 1st couple months of us being in the home the list of issues just kept growing, Matt Riley's solution was to line up his entire team on my front porch and he asked me "Who do I need to fire." At that moment I knew he had no idea what he was doing and had just completely lost control of the situation. All in all, due to the carelessness, lack of urgency to resolve any issues and just the poor quality of work are all reasons why I would absolutely not recommend New Home to anybody.
I have had more trouble with my new house through New Home than I have with any other house I have owned. I anticipated have a few minor things to fix, but there have been far too many issues with this house.In my opinion they are not superior to any other run of the mill builder. I feel they are mostly concerned profits and not so much with customer satisfaction or a quality product.Here is a list of items I have had issues with:1. The road was never finished properly. There are two large bumps in the road that are now the township's or HOA's problem since New Home transferred the road responsibility over.2. The paint they use is horrible, if you get any marks on it, there is no wiping it off. Only option is to paint over it.3. I have had many LED lights go out over the 15 months I have been here. Is it a bad batch of LEDs or them just buying subpar lights.4. HVAC system - be careful which unit they put in, they definitely are not putting the best systems in. I have had the HVAC people out 6 different times with repairs. The last one just out of warranty was failed defrost board and failed transformer. The thermostat has also had an internal short and needed replacement.5. Plumbing is horrible. It is constantly getting backed up. The contractor has been out several times.6. The contractors mix of seed they use for the back yards turns to mostly all weeds immediately.7. Toilets are very cheap.I would not recommend using them for a new build.
I highly recommend New Home Inc for your next new home build. The process from contract to moving in was seamless and exciting throughout. Working with the New Home Inc team provided us with the best customer service we could ask for. Our new home was built with the best quality and the entire process was stress-free. Michelle Cencelewski was phenomenal in helping us secure the contract on our new home as well as assisting with the sale of our prior home. She was always available, and I truly mean, always, to answer any questions we had!

We love our new home! The team oat New Homes Inc. was incredible from start to finish. Michelle, Leslie, Crystal and Mike were knowledgeable, informative and helpful. We moved from out of area so the weekly updates and pictures made a world of difference to our process. Even after moving in, the incredible care and service has continued. I highly recommend using this builder and team for your new build.
