2025-01-08WE were considering adding insulation in the attic to bring it up to the recommended "R" value when by chance we received a telephone call from Dev-Tech Construction who specialize in this type of work. Once they got the history of our house they suggested that someone have a look at the attic and also that we might qualify for the Hydro-Quebec Logis-Vert rebate. They sent a represenative , Lionel who checked the attic and windows and doors then recommended that we have more insulation put in.Lionel was plesant and thourgh in explaining what we needed toachieve the "R" Value. He also confirmed that we qualified forthe rebate. Whith four days workers arraive and completed the work in a very professional maner. They were polite and everythiny cleaned up after the work was finished.A couple of days later Lionel came back to check things and make sure wer were satisfied which we were and he also helped us complete the form for the rebate.Very Satisfied
