Our meeting with Dina at Bonneville was a truly pleasant experience. Her explanation of their products, manufacturing process, lead times, and even more... was greatly appreciated. A huge thank you, Dina!I highly recommend her.
Whether you are building a cottage, chalet, an urban dwelling, or a home, like us, you are building a dream. With Bonneville Homes, what became abundantly clear to us was that everyone involved was working as if the dream was theirs as well. We were very particular about what we wanted and Bonneville immediately allowed us to customize a design of our own, which is unique in the world of pre-fab construction. With the selection of finishes and hardware in-house, a complex and time-consuming stage was greatly simplified. Rock Huard, the Senior Sales Director checked in on us regularly to ensure we were being looked after and ensured all was moving smoothly with the bank. Our designer Sandra Poirier was incredible, not only did she interpret and execute our architectural ideas she was also a wealth of knowledge in terms of structure, building code, and suppliers. Sandra communicated with us daily which kept us up to date and never wondering about how the project was progressing. In addition, team members from manufacturing, and installation made themselves available to us and our general contractor to respond to our many questions. Throughout, the process was collaborative, we were listened to, educated, and in every step of the journey, supported. The provided factory tour let us see, firsthand, the exact and superior standard our home would be constructed to. With Bonneville, this venture to build our family home, NEVER once left us with a feeling that we would be abandoned in the building process or left feeling anything less than 100% confident that our vision would not turn out just as we had hoped. We can not say enough about Bonneville Homes and the people who work there, we are grateful we were able to dream together.
She just arrived!I want to thank the entire Bonneville team; the house is magnificent. A fantastic experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Mr. Huard, Charlotte, and Andréanne. They listened carefully to my needs and desires. They guided and advised me every step of the way. Thank you for helping me so much in realizing such an important project! Choosing Bonneville Homes means choosing quality, peace of mind, and sound expert advice. An extraordinary and unforgettable experience from beginning to end. Thank you for making my dream a reality.Thank you so much.
Edited to add I have had no response from my email and I have had continued damage to my property.I own property beside someone getting one of your homes. Your contractors are all over my property trespassing, leaving vehicles and trailers parked overnight, have scraped off 2-3 inches of top soil on my land, use my property as a toilet, remove no trespassing signs and objects I've placed to block access. Have called head office and was promised that they would put a stop to it and call me back with how they are going to make repairs to my land. Nobody has called. No permits posted. Unsafe construction site. Garbage everywhere. Totally disgusted with this company and their contractors
The company is too big. Too many people are involved in the client's case. Bonneville overestimates their popularity and the real estate situation due to COVID. They are very independent. Several protocols disrupt the logistics of proper self-build planning. The base price is attractive, but several extras are added, even for existing demos being liquidated: plans for piles or foundations, etc. When you try to discuss or negotiate an agreement or get details regarding delivery dates or anything else, the National Director becomes exasperated and tells you to shut up: "Shut up! I won't give you a delivery date until I have a photo of the piles! And I never said that a house already built as a demo will have a shorter delivery time than a new build! It's always 6 to 8 weeks! Also, my name isn't... But Mr.!!" (Because the client writing this comment is exhausted and confused by the name "Mr.", and he gets frustrated). If you are looking for a reasonable price, a warm, understanding, family and professional service... Above all human... go to M.U.C.... You will live a truly Zen experience. The owner of the company comes personally to meet you on the site of your home project to welcome you well.
