We recently built with Oracle homes, and love everything about our home. This was the first house we built and needed someone trustworthy, professional, detail oriented and open to our ideas. Gary may not be the cheapest builder but we are talking about our CUSTOM home building, going with him was so worth it. Worked with architect, Tom, he sat with me when needed to make sure the house is built as we imagined. His 3D was very amazing. Gary took the time to hear us out, helped us with many ideas, suggested some new and got us out of some as well (which I think was a good thing). Everything financial was transparent and on paper. Alison, is very knowledgeable and got us all the permits as quickly as she could. Lisa was always very sweet and helped get our messages to the right associate. Building is no joke, but if you have a builder you can trust, it becomes very easy. We are still in contact with Gary, since the first year the house settled needed some fixation. Joe, is an amazing and a very talented person! There is nothing he can’t fix. Kenny, our project manager was an easy person to talk to and kept us posted on the progress of our build. I only explained things to him without knowing terminology and he figured it out, every time. I showed them a small picture of staircase and they built it for us! That was amazing. I wanted to have a small get together with Oracle, my family, and friends before we started digging, and Gary helped me organize it without any hesitation. Gary’s whole team at his office is very friendly. If I build again, I will go with Oracle!

When I began looking for a house I noticed all the houses I liked were done by the same builder, Oracle Homes LLC. I decided that building a home was the way to go and I wanted Oracle to build it. Gary Mello the owner of Oracle Homes walks you through every step of the design process. I can't say enough about Josh the project manager on my build, as he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Josh and the team at Oracle are always very responsive through each step of the build. Whether its framing all the way through finish carpentry the quality and attention to detail are second to none with an Oracle home. I would recommend Oracle to anyone looking to build a truly custom home. My family couldn't be happier to be living in our Dream Home.
During our search for a new home, we looked at many houses in various stages of construction from multiple builders. The one that caught our attention was a newly constructed home by Oracle. Clearly the layout was unique and custom work was superior to anything we had seen. When meeting with Gary Mello, we sensed his professionalism, honesty and integrity and that solidified our decision to contract with him. Once the construction began, we were fortunate to have Kenny as our project manager because he knows every aspect of construction. As the project progressed, he became our trusted partner. His expertise was invaluable and offered solid recommendations when needed. Each of the construction crews were courteous professional craftsman and did excellent work. We especially appreciated Max, our finish carpenter, and Joe, our general contractor who went above and beyond for us. We are also thankful for the designers who helped us select finishes. These are all good people committed to a great product and stand behind all their work. We love our new home and we are so happy with our decision to build with Oracle. Now, when others visit us in our home, they comment on the quality and uniqueness, and one even smiled and said that he ‘could tell it was an Oracle home’.
