We were looking for a small home and met with NE Tiny Homes builders to see what they had to offer. Joe Pagnani gained our confidence and was by our side from the inception to completion.In the preliminary planning period, we weren’t sure what would fit and what our local zoning department would allow. Joe listened, researched, and advised. After reviewing our options, we decided to go forward with an attached in-law addition.Once we knew our parameters we worked with their designers to create a cute little in-law apartment. We were offered options to customize the interior including; cabinetry, appliances, baths, doors, windows, and paint colors.That was the fun part. Then we had to put the plans into fruition. There were issues along the way that caused delays and revisions to the original plans. But overall, Joe stayed true to our contract. He guided us through every step of the way.The team stayed in contact and responded to our concerns throughout the process. Our goals have been achieved & we’re settling in to enjoy our new space.
My tiny home is great! Everyone who sees it says how beautiful it is. It truly is an extension of my main house but also offers all the privacy of a separate residence. I would highly recommend building one as a guest house or as a living space for a loved one that you may need to support.

Where to start? The whole team did an awesome job and went above and beyond with this project. Jessica was awesome, and as questions came up she was right there to answer them and figure things out. She worked hard to coordinate all of the many moving parts to this project. Really the whole team worked hard to make sure everything turned out right including the owner, Joe, as well as all of the many individuals involved (contractors, plumbers, electricians, framers, painters, etc.). The level of professionalism is top tier. Thanks to all of you for making this project a reality!
