We contracted Concept Home Builders to construct an approximately 1,900 sq. ft. addition to our home, including a bedroom en-suite with walk-in closet, 4-season sunroom with a ground floor workroom and studio space below, and additional 5' width to existing 2-car garage. Workmanship, project management, and selection and scheduling of subcontractors was very good, and the project was completed on schedule and within budget. Throughout the project, Dennis and Devin suggested several ideas that enhanced the quality of the final build, including a design modification that added an extra 80 sq. ft. of usable space to the ground floor studio space. Our experience was very positive, and we appreciate all their hard work!!

We had an excellent experience with Concept Home Builders. Dennis, Devin and their whole extended team were responsive, reliable, trustworthy and fun to work with. They built a 1k sqft addition to our house which came with many obstacles but the team worked through it in a practical manner that stayed within our budget. Highly recommend working with them!
Everything from design, demo and execution was great. We stayed on budget and the crew was very friendly and neat. This room was the bane of my existence with an open half bath next to the kitchen and in with the pantry and laundry. Now the bathroom is at the far end with its own door. We have amazing, functional and ample storage. My favorite is my coffee bar and baking prep area.
