I am not a Winsome Construction customer but rather have developed their marketing materials for various properties and have gained real knowledge on the high quality, luxury work that they do. One particular property that really sticks out in my mind is their Pacific Seawatch Townhouses at the beach. Through developing their materials I was able to see all of the details from the blueprints all the way to the finished product. These properties had the most amazing, large scale windows allowing for the beautiful views to be seen from so many angles. You can tell that a lot of thought is put into each and every detail, which sets Winsome apart from other companies I have worked with. Their properties are truly high class beauty.
We were complete novices at purchasing a buildable lot for our new retirement home. Shan of Winsome Construction was kind enough meet us at the two lots that we were considering and give us his assessment of which lot was best to purchase for the size home we wanted. He further showed us some of the homes he was currently building. Shan connected us with a designer, and we were off and running. Jennifer, of Winsome Construction, was extremely helpful with all our interior selections such as flooring, countertops, hardware, plumbing and light fixtures. We also had a specific budget and throughout the entire building process the Winsome folks monitored our project’s costs so we completed our new home without breaking the bank. Amazing! Kevin, our project manager, was terrific and also had some wonderful suggestions. One clever idea was to hide our kitty litter box under a built-in top-opening bench in the back hallway off the garage entrance to the house. This bench is complete with several overhanging hooks for jackets and hats, and looks very attractive, and completely hides the litter box. The kitty entrance to this litter hideaway is on the opposite side of the ‘people’ entrance to the hall, and not visible to anyone entering the house. Winsome had many other great suggestions which we incorporated into our home, as well. We are thrilled with our new home and would highly recommend Winsome Construction for all your construction needs.
