Working with Timurland Construction was a pleasure. Since we were building our custom “forever home” for our family, we were very picky about who to hire to do the job. Quality all the way. The results were superb. Timur of Timurland construction oversaw every aspect of our backyard landscape: retaining wall, paver pathway, raised aggregate patio, walkway, artificial turf, new fencing, drainage, irrigation, and more. It was a big job and he completed it on time and on budget. I really appreciated his attention to quality details, even for items that were not visible, such as drainage under the artificial turf and extra rebar in patio. He even added rebar to the walkway. Timur was a pleasure to work with. Certainly the best experience I have had working with a contractor.
We bought our home new from Timurland Construction three years ago and we could not be happier with the quality, design, and layout. Timur goes to great lengths to build the highest quality homes on the market. He is a perfectionist and you will be very happy with the result. He installed world class appliances in our home, and the finishes are extraordinary. A month ago, we re-hired Timurland to add some customization to our front porch and back decks. The result was fabulous, and it looked like it was all part of the original home build. Timur and his team are true craftsman’s. Save yourself the headache of getting bids from other builders and go with Timurland. You won’t be disappointed.
Timur and team did a full remodel on our bathroom. They took it down to the studs and built it back up. Not only was Timur very knowledgable when it comes to the construction know-how, he also has a great eye for design and aesthetic that took the design of the rest of our mid-century modern house into consideration. His team was quick, reliable, and extremely skilled. There are many skilled contractors our there, but trying to find one that follows through is becoming more and more difficult. In addition to all this, Timur was able to come up with some great cost saving ideas for us, and he stayed within budget; another hard to find quality. This is our second time working with Timur and his team for a project at our home. What we love about working with Timur is that he get's the job done in a timely manner, while also exercising creativity and skill to make our project look great! We also really appreciate his work ethic; when he and/or his team says they are going to be there, they actually show up, even on a Saturday in the rain! And they take pride in what they do.
