We are currently doing our first custom build with Renaissance, and I have to say, so far everything has exceeded our expectations! We interviewed a handful of builders, and Renaissance honestly blew everyone else out of the water from the beginning. Not to mention, their houses are unreal gorgeous and their quality is unmatched! They make the process so easy, organized, and seem to have a person for everything. With building a house I expected this process to be stressful with lots of hiccups, but this has not been the case. Things have been moving shockingly quickly and every step along the way has been clearly communicated with us. Their team is truly just top notch! They have been working so diligently with us to make our dream home become a reality and are so quick to address any questions or concerns! We have been so impressed. It’s such a relief to have so much trust in your team, especially with such a big and important project. A special shout out to Amanda and their design team (Pam and Stephanie), as we have leaned on them so much and they have been beyond helpful. I would 100% recommend Renaissance to build your dream home!! We are about halfway through the process, and I will update this review when the project is complete, but I have no doubts that we will be anything other than SO happy and SO in love with our dream home!!

Our Renaissance floorpan is perfect for us and the exterior of the home is beautiful. We have owned 2 other Renaissance Homes over the past 24 years. We have always been so pleased with the quality of the construction, the meetings with the talented Designer and most importantly the whole complete process was "In house". The Construction Manager was so attentive to detail that one time he picked up on a tile irregularity I did not even notice. (I am pretty picky too!) Not only is our home beautiful but we know how well our home was built because we were on site during the process for scheduled meetings with the Construction Manager. Our home is 18 years old and the only thing we have had to do was a new paint job to update and to have a moss treatment to our roof yesterday. After being in real estate for the last 20 years and growing up in the building industry, I was very selective and knew what to look for when choosing my custom home builder. Renaissance did an amazing job. They have an excellent reputation, process, team, trustworthy and build quality. They helped me to evaluate the land before I purchased it which was a huge help. From land experts, in-house architects, nationally recognized designers, this process was so smooth! They also have locked in base pricing. It’s been 3 years and I love my new Renaissance Home!! Could not recommend more!
Naturally I am a bit skeptical of new builds like most. Typically corners are cut, there’s a general lack of attention to detail and things that shouldn't break do. While I’ve only checked out one of the builds, I can tell why the reviews are so positive (outside of a few grumpy neighbors that didn’t want trees removed). After doing a very thorough inspection of the open house, I could not find issue with the home. I almost could not believe everything worked as it was supposed to!From the very beginning, their realtor Ashley was incredible. Shes knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me find the best solution for my situation. While she probably hates me for all the questions I asked, she is hands down the best realtor I’ve ever met, and I look forward to working with her for a long time. After meeting with the rest of the team, I’m confident I found the right group for my new home. Thank you Renaissance!
