We’ve just moved into our new custom home built by Megill. We considered several highly regarded local builders before choosing Megill, and we could not be more pleased with the result. The project started off with lengthy delays due to the permitting process that was out of Megill’s control, so we fully expected a corresponding delay in completion. However, from the first shovelful of dirt our project team headed up by Shaun got things moving and ended up hitting the original completion date. Megill’s portfolio of trade partners has been honed over years, and they are uniformly exceptional. The design aesthetic, the attention to minute details, and the quality of the build produced a home that we’re excited to live in and proud to own. No matter how careful a builder is there are always a few issues to be addressed after settlement, and here again we couldn’t be happier with Megill’s responsiveness. We had the pleasure of using the Megill team for our home renovation. This is not our first home renovation but was by far the smoothest and most professional! Their timeline was accurate and they were very helpful throughout the full process. Our home was a fixer upper and they helped our vision come to life. Megill recently completed a total renovation of part of the downstairs of our house, giving us a primary bedroom, a large walk-in closet (including a washer/dryer) and a new bathroom with walk-in shower. We are now able to enjoy single floor living. We could not be more thrilled with the new space. It’s beautiful. Everyone at Megill was terrific—from beginning to end—patient, responsive, careful, professional.We were fortunate enough to have had Wayne Megill Sr build an extensive addition to our home, back in the late ‘80s, and we still love it. Over 30 years later, the next generation of Megill performed the renovations of the only remaining part of the original 1956 house. We recommend Megill wholeheartedly.
