We bought a DeLuca home in 2020 and could not be happier. After looking around for quite some time, we knew within minutes of looking at the DeLuca model home that we wanted them to build our forever home. It's rare to find a reliable family run business who builds with such great craftsmanship and design. The communication was seamless throughout the entire build and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. After 5 years in the home, we have had no issues at all.
