Mr Ron, and honestly the whole staff I met yesterday were beyond what I expected from my first time looking into building my dream home.I was greated kindly and was helped beyond measure in my new adventure in life. Everything was explained in detail, I was shown many options and all the high tech computer design program and they took the time, meaning Mr Ron to navigate all options and helped me start to create my dream home and the thoughtfulness he showed me of my repeated questions given I have a TBI blew me away and is why I feel completely comfortable having them by my side in my creation of my forever dream home!
My husband and I called and talked to Ron Cassell the manager, he was very friendly and set us up an appt to come in.When we visited the design center in OKC, we talked with Ron Olsen, the design center is very welcoming , Ron Olsen helped us design the Montana, with everything in it we wanted, it is our dream home, the process was extremely laid back, NO, pressure, only guidance.after this process we spoke came back in and talked to Ron Cassell,about the financing, again, very smooth process, no pressure either, they gave us time to go home and go over everything .the total process from the first call to the end has been a pleasure. If you are in the market to build a home on your property I highly recommend going to UNITED BUILT HOMES!!
6 months ago we built our home with UBH! It was an amazing experience from our very first meeting until the day we moved into the house. The construction is very high quality, the finishes are beautiful and the team that we worked with were the best. Scott was the best construction supervisor and kept us updated on the status of the house and was always willing to answer any and all of our questions. Ron is very attentive and great to work with. If you want to build on your own land and end up with an amazing home, work with the team at UBH! You won't regret it!!
My experience with United built homes was phenomenal! From the first day, they made the whole process very pleasant. David Frolich was very helpful throughout the whole process and answered all questions in a timely manner. He even helped me pick out colors! This project took 8 months from the day I signed the contract until I had the keys, which I thought was outstanding given the fact that the property is rural and we had a fairly wet winter. Our supervisor Alec also did an exceptional job! Again, the communication was outstanding. Nights, weekends, whatever time, Alec answered any questions or concerns I had. Alec went out of his way to meet me at site to answer questions when I had them. He thoroughly explained every step of the process, and was very clear on timelines. The site stayed clean during most of the project, with the exception of a few windy days. All of the contractors United built homes used were respectful of our property, and did an outstanding job. I will post more photos when we install the lawn and get some landscaping done. I am very pleased with this project, and the United Built Homes team. Thank you so much for a wonderful home, and great job!
