Edit to their response: regarding building things according to the contract- or house was supposed to be done in November and now we have been told end of April. While it will EVENTUALLY be done according to the contract, their sub-contractors negligence has had a direct impact on our project schedule and has cost several additional months in our rental. BEWARE!! It is clearly too much to ask to have things done right the 1st time.Do NOT build with them. We are doing a custom build and it has been one problem after another! Their concrete sub-contractor, Casey from centerline forged a letter to proceed from the engineering firm (and got moved to a different area rather that being fired), they also forgot to do a brick ledge in one area and mis-measured the pad in another area so the wall is hanging off the slab, had to chop out concrete in the kitchen due to plumbing line issues, our roof looks terrible but we are told there is nothing they will do because it meets code, they are currently on their 3rd failed attempt to get our tyvek and siding on properly (and still no one from two structures is out supervising), it took them 3 attempts to get the right hvac system in, and they have argued with us to include things that were supposed to be included (backyard spigot as example). They also chipped out the foam insulation around the windows on the interior then wanted to charge us $2600 to put it back in because ‘energy star doesn’t expect perfection’. They also tried to argue with us over the storm shelter area being the right length then later had to chop out concrete so that it will fit. If you are currently building with them, I would highly recommend watching every step to make sure their sub-contractors don’t take short cuts that get later covered up. We would have had major issues with our house if we didn’t catch their sub lying because he was lying about hitting rock on the piers, but in fact they had not.
I worked with Leah and Gonzo at Two Structures, and they were both fantastic in guiding me through the new homes sales process. They made the whole process really easy and never made me feel rushed or pressured. They were helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I felt good about my decisions. It’s hard to find people in new home sales who make the experience this smooth, but these two absolutely did while we we touring homes and their community. If you’re looking at buying a new home in Oklahoma, I’d definitely recommend Two Structures and their staff.
Everything about a Two Structures home has been thought about from top to bottom. We were looking at new homes and kept seeing Two Structures pop up as our favorites and I'm glad we did. Our home is so efficient, well-built, and comfortable place to be. A nice side effect of the energy efficiency is a quieter home too. The community manager Leah is the person to guide you and help find the perfect home. She was amazing through the whole process and took care of all the details, such as the customizations we wanted. The orientation with Dave and Leah was also amazing. Their homes would be the right choice for anyone.

What a great home building journey we had with Sarah and the Two Structures team. Our home building process began in March 2022 and was complete in November 2022 just in time to celebrate and host thanksgiving in our new home! While construction had a few delays from our original timeline, we were so happy with the final result. Sarah was great to work with and always communicated any questions and concerns we had with the build team and got back with us on updates and solutions. Thanks so much and I would recommend two structures homes to anybody wanting to build a custom or semi-custom built home.
