We just recently bought a new home built by Authentic, and we absolutely LOVE it! From the moment we stepped into this house we knew that it was the one. In the married part of my life (48 years) my wife and I have moved more times than I care to count and purchased homes just about every where we’ve lived. That said, I don’t think we ever had as wonderful an experience as we have had with Authentic Homes, the builders, the administrators and the staff. The home came with a 1-year, wall-to-wall warranty and even though the house was built quite well and our need for the warranty was minimal, when there was something that needed attention, we got a fast, efficient response from Lauri and Tyler and the issue was resolved quickly and correctly. At 11 months we did a thorough walk-through of the house with the staff and while there were just a few very minor issues they were taken care of quickly.I can honestly say that I have never had such a positive experience with a home purchase and the builder and I would highly recommend Authentic Homes for the quality of the home and the customer service experience after the sale.
