I have nothing but gratitude and great things to say about this company. The staff are all so helpful with any questions and concerns I had when they built my house. From walking in the front door, Judy really put me at ease. And Kim was always so helpful and patient with me with all of my questions. And believe me, I had lots of questions. But most of all Clarence went over the top helping me. I can’t thank him enough for his patience,support and understanding when helping me through out the building process. He’s the greatest. I don’t know what I would have done without him! A big THANK YOU to him. Although it begun on a rocky start with inconsistent pricing communication by our representative. Once we all got on the same page with John, Kim and Claudette it was smooth sailing from there.Schumacher Finance was super easy with Tyler.Our GC Lenny was amazing from start to finish. He had things lined up to not miss a beat. Kept us well informed of the entire building process. Always answered our calls and text timely. He even met us for our walkthrough after receiving a diagnosis of minor head concussion just to prevent from holding us up on Certificate of Occupancy.Overall, I would recommend this team any day to anyone.
