My wife and I just moved into Nola and bought a house from Bo and Ryan. What separates them is they care and they want you to love where you live. They both have gone above and beyond both prior to closing and since. I am very appreciative of their commitment to meet our needs and wishes, while openly and honestly communicating with us every step of the way. They had integrity and honest in every step of the transaction. All of this plus they build beautiful homes. I would purchase a home from Pentek again and would recommend to a friend to do so as well.
Bo Pennington and Ryan Marcomb built the home that we purchased in August of 2019. The layout of each room was thoughtfully designed, and the finishes are custom. The appliance package in the house is top notch, and the gas stove (with six burners!) is amazing too. The marble in kitchen and master bath are gorgeous, and the quartz in the spare bath is lovely (and low maintenance) as well. The custom wood floors are beautiful and pair nicely with the cool gray and white tones throughout the house. The space lives well and fits our lifestyle perfectly. All of my visitors (one of which is a home builder himself) have gushed at how well done and lovely our home is! In addition to constructing a quality home, Bo has also been very responsive to the post-move-in requests we've made. He worked relentlessly to get our alarm and video monitoring system in place, fixed burned out flood light bulbs, and timely swapped out a light fixture for us too. The people he contracts with to perform other services are reliable folks as well. It has been a pleasure purchasing a Pentek home. I would buy a Pentek home again, and I would recommend buying a Pentek home to a friend as well. If I could give a 6-star rating, I would do so gladly. Bo and Ryan are the best builders in the Nola area!
We purchased a home that Bo Pennington built nearly a year ago. The finishes and attention to detail throughout the house are top notch. He was very accommodating and honest throughout the process. He made us feel at ease as first time home buyers. He stands by his work and delivers as promised. I have met so many people that have been impressed with his ethics and quality of work. We just recently bought our first home from Pentek Homes and it was truly a wonderful experience. Although we first saw the house after it had been built, Bo was still able to customize our home to our needs and truly make it our own. Those little touches have made us feel like this is truly our "custom home" and we love it even more. Bo has been incredibly responsive, attentive and his attention to detail is incredible. The quality of works man ship and the quality of material they use showed us that Bo care more about making money, he truly cares about the quality of his work and takes pride in making a beautiful home. Although Bo is a busy man and always has a lot of projects going on, we never felt, second tier, we always felt that we were a priority and that he would do anything to make sure we were happy in our home. After we moved in, him and his crew did some extra touch ups and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Couldn't say enough good things about Bo and his amazing krewe (shout out to Patrick!!!!).
Bo did a great job on building our house in Lakeview. It turned out exactly how my wife and and I wanted.I have heard horror stories about contractors for years and Bo is nothing like any of these. He was always in contact with us on the next step of the building process and what would be completed in the weeks ahead. He was always able to be reached if I needed him and very transparent with costs which are all very important things for me.I would recommend Pentek to anyone looking to build or renovate a home or business in the Metro New Orleans area.
