After months of calling multiple builders throughout middle TN, America's Home Place was the Only builder willing to not only call back but take on my wife and I's build so that we may move back home. The communication of email, text, and zoom between Becca and Scott have been great as we still live out of state. Looking forward to seeing the finished product as construction starts this week.
We are building a custom home with Americas Home Place.I had so many questions and Becca was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to listen, and answer every question that we had. And I had a lot. Even when I changed my mind (before final review) she jumped in and helped me get the look I was going for. We added kitchen cabinets, changed the island style, moved the kitchen sink…. Moved the kitchen sink back again ?? moved doors, added windows, took away windows, extended the bedroom and made the bathroom exactly how we wanted it. Her guidance made this stressful process a breeze. Her knowledge of home building/design was very appreciated. She was a Godsend during the early stages of deciding what we wanted.Andrew and Will helped us by coming to our property and letting us know what needed to be done to get our property ready to build our home. They stayed in the freezing cold with a clipboard and walked our land to get us prepared. They were both very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the site prep process.Dana helped us pick out the fun stuff. She was wonderful.Alina has handled all of our permits and that is not an easy job. ( Especially dealing with some) She has been wonderful during this process.Arturo, our project manager. We are just starting on our build but on first impressions he will be very involved and knowledgeable during the whole process. He will be a wonderful asset as well. Can’t wait to see him in action.Overall, a wonderful company to have build your custom home. We are extremely happy with the entire process so far and I know we will be during the build and after.
Tim cleary has done amazing work, restoration and services during appointments. He’s always on time and never seems to miss the mark. His people skills are first-rate and he never fails to explain exactly what his solution is to solve the problem. He’s a great representation to what this company is capable of and what they strive for; it was a pleasure having work done by him!
