After years of postponing work on our bathrooms because of the anticipated disruption to our routine, we decided on Trelli to undertake the renovations. Trelli was recommended to us by a friend after we had shared our frustration with trying to find a construction company that instilled any kind of trust. From the moment Trelli answered our call, showed up on time (down to the minute) for our initial meeting, listened with interest, shared ideas passionately and seems genuinely excited to do the project… we knew we found the right team. The project took as long as they said it would. The overall price was higher than discussed but only because of the additional things we decided to do mid course. Minor mistakes happened but immediately rectified by Trelli and at their own expense. The team is very professional, skilled and they deliver what they promise! They were readily there to discuss things, clarify and also for emotional support. When you are spending that kind of money, sometimes you get overwhelmed. Trelli was there to talk us through it, reassure and instil confidence. How many contractors do you know who would do that?!?! Not many. We checked. It took us 5 years of searching to find the right ones. Are they the cheapest? No, but you get what you pay for. Ease of mind, transparency and complete competence. We hired Trelli for our home renovation project which consisted of redoing almost the entire main floor of our Bungalow home. This included kitchen, stairs, floors.We were very happy with Trelli’s work and service. All the workers who came to our house were great: competent, friendly, helpful.
