Exceptional Engineer!!Daniel sent me videos for me to understand the different types of inspections & the questions I need to ask myself before deciding to correct a problem. he was extremely available and responsive to answer questions even during weekends. He did not try to sell me his services which he could have. he was very honest with his evaluation and he spent time with me on the phone and via emails and provided enlightening advices with courtesy and professionalism. I would glady hire him in the future. Truly an Engineer of exception who inspires trust and kindness.

I hired M. Dargis and M. Mahmood to inspect and produce a report on the cinder block foundation of my home, as one of the walls had significant fissuration. Poor customer service skills.I was very excited to work with Daniel after seeing his fantastic reviews. From the moment Daniel picked up the phone he seemed uninterested and rude.He quoted us roughly 85,000$ + 7500$ of engineering plans to enlarge one (1) basement window. For reference the next highest estimate we had from a reputable company was 4,500$ for everything start to finish. He obviously did not want to take the job and made up a number so ridiculous we would not follow through.Hiring a secretary to take his calls might be a wise investment.
