We contacted ASW Homes about renovating our cottage in rural New Brunswick. Since it was about an hour drive from where they are based in Moncton our hopes were not high, but the same day we contacted them they wrote us back and asked when we could meet. Since we live 3 hours away and only visit on the weekends we told them it would have to be on the weekend and once again it was not a problem. We were impressed from Day 1!Adrian and Shawn took care of everything including setting us up with a draftsman, meeting with inspectors, demolition (including salvaging a few things we wanted to keep), helping us find storage for our items and even driving to our house to meet.Communication was great. We were sent pictures as things progressed so we could see the project come together. We were notified of any issues right away and they were able to come up with solutions quickly. If we asked a question it was answered right away no matter what day or time. Once we told them what we wanted they made it happen.Costs were transparent and fair, no surprises!Workmanship was excellent, any areas of the old structure that needed to be fixed were repaired and the new cottage is exactly what we wanted. From demolition to move in was under 3 months.Job site was always organized when we made site visits. We even moved in while work was still being completed and there was never a mess to clean up.The entire process was low stress and professional. ASW Homes truly went above and beyond, what we expected a builder to do and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We would highly recommended them for renovation or new construction projects.
