If you’re someone on the fence about purchasing a new build like I was, READ THIS!I’ve always heard things that have swayed me away from purchasing a new build (bad quality, rip off, overpriced, cut corners to make $). Even when I said “we’re buying a new build” people kind of gave me the eye. Veridian puts these rumors and worries to rest. We have had nothing but a positive experience since purchasing our first home with Veridian! From the quality work they provide, careful attention to detail with the specific vendors they use, and their amazingly helpful staff, you should feel at ease building/purchasing your house with them!As someone who knew nothing about purchasing or owning a home, our personal builder, Noah Switz has been amazing since the start. He is unbelievably knowledgeable, organized, provided us with great guidance, and is incredibly kind. Just an overall 10/10 human! We could not recommend him more!Ps. If the right person is reading this, give that man a raise!!!! You truly have a keeper on your hands!
The process of building a home with Veridian was wonderful! Although we were driving 4.5 hours from Minnesota for every meeting, we always headed home more excited and confident that we made the right choice for us.We met Rachael a few years ago, looking for a home in the area. Over a 2 yr period we met with her several times and ended up purchasing a single family home in the Arrowood sub-division. She was always very pleasant and responsive and went above and beyond for us. We loved working with her!!We met Lyndsay in the design studio in Madison. Although an overwhelming task, she led us through our decision making with information and suggestions that made the appointment fun. Her follow up was excellent and we are happy with our choices!Our personal builder was Brandon. He had an attention to detail that was impressive and helped us navigate even more decisions. He was always a text or phone call away and his knowledge of the process was invaluable. We had so much fun working with him - the only shortcoming we saw was he is a Packer fan and we moved from Minnesota so we are Vikings fans.??Everyone we met through Veridian was so respectful and friendly and made us feel so welcome! We love our new home!
Our experience building with Veridian Homes was amazing! The whole team was very helpful and receptive. Our New Home Specialist, Nicole, was quick to answer any questions we had and helped us get started on the building process. Laura, our Designer, understood our vision, made sure our plans were exactly what we wanted, and was helpful when we had changes to our original design ideas. Noah, our Personal Builder, brought our house to life while keeping us informed along the way and his attention to detail ensured everything was done right. Veridian truly cares about the work they do and a lot of attention is put into the build. They even made sure to have Sam, our Assistant Personal Builder, clean our patio and garage before we moved in. We couldn’t be happier with our new house and we would recommend Veridian to anyone building a new home!
We had such a fantastic experience working with Noah Switz throughout our home-building process! From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive, organized, and just a genuinely easy and kind person to work with. He made the entire process fun and engaging by always keeping us updated with pictures and videos and sharing in our excitement every step of the way. If there was a question that we asked that he didn't know, he was very prompt in getting our question answered, and following up. We’re absolutely thrilled with our new Veridian home! The quality of construction is excellent, and we haven’t encountered any issues at all. It’s clear that great care and attention to detail went into every part of our build. We would happily recommend Veridian, especially Noah, to any of our friends or family looking to build. If you’re starting your own home journey, consider Veridian and ask for Noah!
