As a local real estate broker, we have always enjoyed a cordial and mutually beneficial relationship with family-owned Perthel Homes Builder. Jackie, their lead sales representative, is a true pro and is friendly, fun, and a wealth of information regarding floor plans, styling, decor, and more. She helps make the front end of the process smooth and works to reduce the stress involved in the building and/or purchase process by being organized and communicating clearly. On the back end, Ben, the president, steps in to address the more technical aspects of the build. He is well versed and takes the time to listen to the client, something that not all builders are willing to do. Jackie and Ben hold this family-owned operation as a badge of honor and treat it and its clients as such! I would challenge you to find a more caring duo! I wish they had the capacity for building even more homes each year, but the limited number of projects is what also allows them to customize and create the optimal outcome for all involved.
Perthel Homes helped rebuild our basement after the water damage from the flood in August. They had built our home and helped us to rebuild it even better. 100% satisfied with everything that was done. Looks good as new. Highly recommend this company for building new homes, remodeling and additions. They just started our three seasons addition too!

We love our Perthel-built home.
